6. 1. // GENERAL1. PAYMENT
○ I accept a full pre-payment for the commission only AFTER a confirmed sketch.
○ I accept payment through Hipolink (cards) and EasyBusy/EasyStart (PayPal).2. NO REFUNDS
Due to payment methods I can't provide a refund. With bigger projects (L2D projects or commissions >500USD ) I'm open to receive payment in multiple parts along with the progress of completing your order.3. You must be 18 or older to be able to commission me4. Do not use my art to upload or train AI
5. Do not use my art as NFT
6. Do not claim credit of my artwork as your own7. OK to commission fanart and OC
8. OK to commission furry and anthro designs
9. OK to commission nudity and suggestive themes.
I can still refuse this type of commission if i don't find myself comfortable doing your request
10. Overcomplicated designs will be charged with an additional fee

I will be always sending you WIPs through out the whole process.2. EDITS
i can provide free fixes on a sketch and lineart/flat colors/color blocks phases (1st and 2nd WIP checks); after that the fixes will come with an additional fee, unless it was a mistake on my part.6. 3. // USE1. PERSONAL USE
You have full permission to use the commissioned art for personal use; you can use it for various edits and infographics, as long as you don't edit my drawing too much.2. COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial rights for commissioned art can be discussed privately3. REPOSTING
When the commission is done I will send you a Drive folder with all the files. If It was an illustration commission - the folder will contain:
1. Full uncompressed JPEG with a background
2. Full uncompressed PNG(s) of the character(s) with a transparent background
3. Compressed JPEG with a watermark
If you will be reposting my art (especially on social media) make sure to use #36.4. // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1. As the original artist, I reserve the rights, credits and ownership of the original artwork.
2. I have the right to use the artwork as part of my portfolio and on social media.
